Aka Shiso Syrup 250ml
 
A seasonal production of a red shiso syrup locally made to add to your cocktails, sodas and dessert.
All natural no added color.
 
6oz. Aka Shiso Cocktail 
1.5oz- Gin (Gunpowder Irish Gin***  if possible) 
2oz- Soda water
1/2oz Fresh Lemon juice 
1-2oz- Shiso Syrup ( or preferred sweetness)
**Yukari Furikake + margarita salt**
 
Stirred and strained or on the rocks. Rim the glass with a 1/2 mix of Margarita salt and 1/2Yukari Fuikake.
