A double-piercing design: "Bone" + Ball studs with a chain linking the two. The chain is long enough to reach from the lobe piercing to a helix piercing. 
 
Earring comes with a ball -- the earring-only image shows a blister stud in the "ball backing" place. The image of it on the ear shows both versions, with the ball backing and a Blister stud earring. The blister stud is sold separately.
